Wishing you warmer weather soon! I used to live in the UK and had to escape somewhere with sun by February as I got hit hard by SAD (grew up in sun soaked Australia). I guess the extra daylight in summer almost makes it worth it? Maybe not quite...
I can imagine that moving from Australia to the UK is quite a shock to the system! You would think the extra daylight would make it worth it but sadly for me it doesn't. I know I'm meant to live somewhere warmer haha.
I often use a timer to get pockets of focused work done and it works a treat! ⏳
Winter is so dreary in the UK. Whenever there’s a rare sunny day I find myself feeling drunk on the sunshine when I get outside. Sadly they’re not frequent enough! ☀️

Oh it really is. We had gale force winds today, now it's raining, and we are due snow on Thursday. I'm ready for some blue skies and warmer temperatures for sure!

Melbourne now, which is not a massive improvement on the weather, ha (cold, windy, all over the shop really).
Yes, some people really are just built for warmer weather, and it's quite annoying when that doesn't align with where you actually live!
